At JD SkillSchool, we understand that sometimes plans change. To maintain fairness and consistency, we have set out the following refund policy:

No Refunds Policy

We do not offer refunds for missed sessions unless under exceptional circumstances, such as:

The session is cancelled by JD SkillSchool due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather, venue issues).

The participant has a long-term injury or illness (proof may be required).

Holidays & Planned Absences
​
If your child will be absent due to a holiday or other planned event, please inform us at least 2 weeks in advance. We may be able to credit or adjust sessions accordingly, but this is at the discretion of JD SkillSchool.

Cancellations by JD SkillSchool

If a session is cancelled by JD SkillSchool:

You will be offered a rescheduled session, or
-
A credit toward future bookings, or
-
A refund, where rescheduling is not possible
We aim to provide a consistent and professional service, and your understanding helps us maintain quality sessions for all players.
